How to configure APN setting for eSIM

If you haven't installed the eSIM yet, please visit here for instructions:

1. Apple (IOS): Install on iPhone/iPad

IOS (Apple)

Step 1: Go to APN Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular(Mobile Service)

  2. Select eSIM > Select "Cellular Data Network"(Mobile Data Network)

  3. If the APN fields are empty or the Personal Hotspot is not working, proceed to configure the APN settings manually as described in the next steps.

If you experience connectivity issues, you may need to manually select a network. Navigate to Settings > Cellular > eSIM > Network Selection, turn off Automatic Network Selection, and choose the appropriate network manually.

Step 2: Configure APN

  1. Enter the APN value provided by your carrier in the appropriate field. For example:

  2. Leave the username and password fields blank unless instructed otherwise.

  3. Return to the previous screen; changes will save automatically.

Troubleshooting Tip: After making changes to your APN settings, restart your device to ensure the settings take effect. If issues persist, try toggling Airplane Mode on and off or resetting your network settings.


Samsung

Step 1: Go to APN Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Network & internet (or Connections)

  2. Select Mobile networks -> Access Point Names

  3. Either create a new one by click the "Add" or "triple dot" located at top right or modify existing one

Step 2: Configure APN

  1. Put in the following information as instructed by our support team members

  2. Then save it and select it.


Android

Step 1: Go to APN Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Network & internet (or Connections)

  2. Select Mobile networks -> Access Point Names

  3. Either create a new one by click the + sign located at top right or modify existing one

Step 2: Configure APN

  1. Put in the following information as instructed by our support team members

  2. Then save it and select it.
